1. All orders must be prepaid by any of the following methods, certified bank check, money order, Postal Money order, which are available at your local Post Office, credit card via "PayPal", or personal check) Personal checks take 7-10 days to clear, orders paid by Postal money order or PayPal are sent as soon as possible.
2. Shipping on orders under $1000 can be done using overnight UPS. This shipping is FREE!!! I ship on Monday through Wednesday to ensure safe arrival before the weekend. Orders over $1000 must be shipped via air freight collect to your nearest major airport and will be held their to be picked up by you ASAP. Shipping on all Boas is free within the 48 United Sates. Alaska and foreign countries I cover the same amount I would if shipping was within the US and you will need to pay the remainder.
3. Live arrival is guaranteed, all Boas are guaranteed to be sexed properly, healthy, and flawless. You will be happy with your purchase. My continued good reputation depends on it. Any problems or issues arising within a reasonable amount of time will be addressed accordingly.
4. Payment or lay away plans. It is possible to purchase Boas from me using a payment plan or "Lay away" plan if you will. Simply make a proposal and I will decide if your offer is one that I can live with. Make your payments as agreed and I will hold the animal for you. I will mark it as sold on the web site. I have only refused one offer to date by the way. Any animals purchased this way will not be shipped until they are paid for in full.
5. I am now accepting credit cards through "Paypal". It's EASY and SAHWEEET!!!
6. Shipping outside the US is a possibility. I require a minimum order of $3000 in US funds to take any orders outside the US. The legal CITES paperwork MUST be filled out here on my end and yours if required. The paperwork will be filed after payment in full has been made. CITES Paperwork is always required on my end. Do not even think about asking me to supply you with animals in any way other than this if you are not from the US. I have worked too hard for far too long to risk for a second anything I have built up until this point.
I only export the following conditions:
1. The legal CITES paperwork must be filled out here on my end. All shipments will be shipped with this paperwork and will be inspected by Fish and Wildlife. This is the only way! Don't tell me you are from a foreign country and want to pick the animals up. I will not sell to you without the legal paperwork. This is on the advise of my attorney. Better safe than sorry. I will not risk everything I have spent half a lifetime building up here for a sale. I don't need sales that badly.
2. Because of the lengthy paperwork itself and the length of the process itself I require a minimum order of $7500 for the animals themselves.
3. Shipping on shipments outside the US require the purchaser to pay these expenses. I will pay the first $100 but after that the bill is yours. I will estimate the total charges for permits, inspections and shipping and you will pay this in advance. I will refund any overcharge after all is completed. Shipments outside the US cost from $150 in Canada to over $400 to other parts of the world.
I get literally hundreds of e-mail's. I try to answer them all. Sometimes my answer may not be as detailed as the writer may like but I do the best I can for customers. If you purchase a car from a certain dealer THAT particular dealer has some obligation to assist you should you have the need for his services with that particular automobile. The same goes for Boas. Questions should be addressed to the person you purchased the animal from. It is a little rude to tell someone you just bought a car somewhere else and by the way will YOU help me fix it. Take your car to the dealer you bought it from. The same is true of Boas. Purchase your animals from a reputable person who is knowledgeable enough to help you should you have the need for advise from someone. Bottom line... I am more than willing and anxious to be helpful to those folks who have purchased animals from me. Otherwise I have limitations on my time and would suggest you question the dealer or breeder you spend your money with. Sorry about that. You get what you pay for and part of what is purchased is continued support when you spend you money here.
"Web Site Design" is something I have no training in. I know it's obvious to you legit geeks out there but I think I have done pretty well for a computer moron. I had no experience with a PC whatsoever when I purchased my computer and within six months I was doing my own site and figuring stuff out as I went along. I had a lot of help at the very beginning from Jeff Mask, "The Boamaster" in New York just learning the basic computer stuff and Photoshop. Once I learned some of those skills, I was off to the races! I have had some help along the way from several real geeks and you know who you are! Thanks! When it comes to script and that sort of more detailed stuff I can copy and modify slightly but can't write anything whatsoever from scratch. I can fake it pretty well though. I do not do any Web Design for anyone else. I doubt I would have the same level of passion I have been able to put into my own site here. I love this stuff!!!
